The Design
Susquehanna Union Green is a town center and community focal point for Susquehanna Township. Community dialogue drove the planning process and the result is a pedestrian-oriented master plan, with over 19 acres of greens, a mix of commercial/retail space, a hotel, and residences. Groundbreaking took place in 2019, and the first business opened its doors in April 2021.
